I understand this and am more than willing to help. I am passionate about mental health and the power that lies within the therapeutic relationship.

The belief that every client possesses all of the answers and solutions within but sometimes you need help navigating to those answers is my philosophy. I take pride in creating a genuine and safe environment for you to be your authentic self and foster the change you desire and deserve.

Through Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Crisis Intervention, and Psychodynamic therapy approaches, I am able to assist you with fostering the change you seek and deserve. I provide counseling services to clients of all ages and specialize in adolescents/teens, adults, and couples.
