I utilize transformative modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), REBT, and Ego State Therapy. My goal is to collaborate with you to craft a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your unique goals and challenges.

I welcome toddlers, children, and adults, providing therapy for both individuals and families. Alongside general therapy, I have specialized expertise in treating Trauma and ADHD, and I also maintain a specialized focus on men's mental health through my Anchor Program for Men, as well as dedicated support for Law Enforcement Officers.
