Hi there, I'm Linds Sanders, LCPC.

Before entering private practice, I worked as a grief specialist with Tamarack Grief Resource Center with youth, adults, and elders through grief of many forms and expressions.

Today I work with clients with a range of goals and concentrations, grief being one of them. As an artist, I believe artistic vision and influence goes beyond fine art and informs how we approach problem solving and viewing the world. If it's appropriate, I feel comfortable engaging with expressive art modalities.

I support clients experiencing grief, depression, life transitions, and anxiety, and the complex emotional landscape that accompanies each of these.

My experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages. My goal is to offer a compassionate space where you can acknowledge difficulties, gain clarity, and voice thoughts you might not have shared before. I aim to normalize our diverse human experiences while highlighting their universal aspects.
