About Kelli
Hi, I'm Kelli Houghton Anderson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person therapy in Riverton, Utah.
I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and relationship challenges. If you're feeling stuck in fear, self-doubt, low confidence, limited feelings of self-worth, or emotional pain, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Together, we'll work toward building confidence, clarity, joy, and peace at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. Alongside my clinical work, I am the author of Walk With Me: A Trauma Therapist’s Journey – Transforming Trauma Into Hope & Healing and its companion therapeutic workbook. I use grounding strategies, journaling, creative exercises, and EMDR, including 3-hour EMDR Intensive sessions for accelerated healing.
