About Jillian
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through addiction, trauma and PTSD, and life transitions. In a world where so many of us feel the heavy weight of disconnection, lacking connection often leads to painful thoughts, feelings, memories, and sensations. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and valued is one of the greatest gifts I can give, and it is a privilege to collaborate with individuals who choose to move toward their pain in order to gain a deeper understanding.
I have been working for the past 17+ years with courageous individuals as a professional mental health and addictions therapist. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I promote a safe exploration of presenting concerns, past difficulties, and desired outcomes through a collaborative process. As Gabor Mate noted, the attempt to escape from pain is what creates more pain, and whether you are looking for change or looking to heal from a change, I would be honored to connect.
