Gabrielle Pendley

Hi, I'm Gabrielle Pendley. As a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I am dedicated to working with individuals and couples who are navigating the deeply personal and emotionally complex experiences of family-building, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.

I particularly enjoy working with women and couples who are facing challenges with infertility, overwhelmed mothers who are juggling it all, and parents who are looking to reconnect with each other during times of transition.

My intention is to create an opportunity for you to feel seen and heard, find respite amidst the flurry of daily life, and be able to show up just as you are. Whatever defines your particular circumstances, we will work together to help you thrive. Having genuine support and connection are more essential than ever.

I believe that everyone is capable of making positive change and healing when given a safe space to do so. My approach is both direct and warm; I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective, helping my clients to see all that they bring to the table inherently. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
