Dr. Erica Stene Winkler is a doctoral-level licensed professional counselor with over 14 years of counseling experience. She supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, fertility concerns, pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. She offers in-person sessions in Fargo and telehealth across North Dakota and Minnesota.

Erica understands that every person’s story is unique and believes therapy should reflect each individual’s needs. Some clients may need practical tools, some may need space to process difficult experiences, and others may need genuine, empathic support. She meets clients where they are, using evidence-informed approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
