About Camilla
Camilla Coakley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of SoundMind/SoundBody. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a Master's from Columbia University.
With 20 years of experience, Camilla takes a holistic approach to mental wellness that blends talk therapy and coaching with nutrition, movement, nature, breathwork, embodiment, mindfulness, and, for appropriate clients, ketamine-assisted therapy.
Her practice is tailored to high-achieving individuals who struggle with a harsh inner critical voice and feelings of being "never-good-enough." She also works extensively with clients navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.
Camilla emphasizes the mind-body connection, helping clients soften their nervous systems to feel more present and connected. She offers both in-person sessions (including "walk and talk" therapy) and online services for clients in Pennsylvania and California.
