Welcome! I’m BeckyLynn, and I partner with women who are navigating heavy demands but find themselves struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, or a longing for deeper connection. I call the path we walk together "Soul Work"—a unique, integrated journey designed to help you step off the treadmill of constant overwhelm and reconnect with your deepest self.
Because true well-being is about more than just managing symptoms, I tailor our sessions using a mix of somatic mind-body practices, EMDR to process past wounds, and EFT to build secure, thriving relationships. I understand the unique pressures you face, and whether we work together virtually across the Mountain West or in person at my Logan, Utah office, I am here to offer a compassionate, empowering space where you can reset, heal, and truly blossom.
